		<description>Hello …
My name is John Dilday and I am an officer with the O’Fallon Illinois Police Department. We are in a fairly new building and I have been placed in charge of documenting the police department’s history. Along with that I have also been asked to decorate the interior of our building to give it “culture”.
The reason I am writing to you is to ask if you would be willing to share one of your departmental patches as I am attempting to obtain police patches from different organizations in order to frame them and place them up on our walls. If you would like one of our patches let me know and I will get one your way.

Thanks for your time.
